A Friend Loves

“I count myself in nothing else so happy as in a soul remembering my friends.” (William Shakespeare).
 
As I write this, I feel a swelling of great love in my heart for true friends in my life and especially for my Church Family! I am blessed and I realize that now more than ever!
 
I admit it. These last few weeks have not been easy, but so many of you have stood beside me. I am so thankful for your faithful daily prayers, words of encouragement, and expressions of support. I am so grateful for your generous show of love. I will never forget this kindness.
 
The Bible says, “A friend loves at all times” (Proverbs 17:17). When you have friends like that, you are blessed. I am blessed, indeed! I agree with Charles Spurgeon who once said, “Friendship is one of the sweetest joys of life. Many might have failed beneath the bitterness of their trial had they not found a friend.”
 
So today, I remember my friends and it makes me happy! My dear friends, thank you again!
